Article 1 - Purpose
This contract concerns the sale of products from different brands on the Internet is concluded between the company and a buyer BIOFAST particular end (person acting outside his professional activity) as part of a system of distance selling.

Section 2 - Applicable Law
This contract refers to French law and more specifically, the regulation of distance selling.

Article 3 - Offer
The acceptance and confirmation of the order are carried out by a data entry screen pages on time. Article 5 - Costs & shipping delays
Shipments are made by La Poste to its service through "colissimo" in France and internationally. Rates are those of the Post implemented the cost of the package. Delivery times are from 48h00 or two days. BIOFAST can not be held liable for any delays, strikes or incidents incurred by the Post. Article 8 - Delivery by
BIOFAST uses shipping services through the Post Office service Colissimo for France and Colissimo International for Europe and other countries. The average delivery time is 48 hours or 2 business days for France and three days to 8 days for International destinations. However BIOFAST can not be held responsible for delays in delivery due to strike or the postal services.

Article 9 - Non-compliance of the goods supplied
In case of nonconformity of the goods supplied against the order (confirmation email authentic) BIOFAST undertakes to remedy or reimburse for all costs (return postage included). You are invited to send an email or a letter to customer service BIOFAST in the month following receipt of the package to inform of the error.

Article 10 - Damage during transport

If for some reason or another, you're not satisfied, you can exchange your items or a refund (excluding shipping and forwarding) returning the item in their original packaging within 7 working days from the date of delivery of your order (Article L121-16 of the French consumer code). The revocation period runs from the date of receipt of goods until the shipment date shown on the return package. Article 12 - Warranty and after-sales service
